For Employer
1. How to register on job portal?
On Top right hand you will see a Register Button. Click on button and you will be prompt to a registration page. Please fill all mandatory fields and hit submit. To complete the registration process you will have to verify your email.(Please ensure to select Employer from User Type Drop Down)
2. How to activate your account or verify your email?
Please click on the link in your email recieved from The Trucking Network. (Please check your junk too if it is not in your inbox) you will be set to go after your email is Verified.
3. How to login?
Please click on login button on top right, it will prompt you to a login screen please enter your email id and password and you will be taken to Employer dashboard.(Please note your menu items would be based on your profile).
4. How to reset your password?
Please click on login button on the top right and on login page you will see a reset password link. Click on reset password link than It will ask your email. Type you email address and click on reset link, you will get an email with reset password URL click on the URL and you will be set to go!!!
5. How to post a Job?
Once you login as an employer on top right side you will see a tab Post a job, when you click on it you will see the packages we are offering. Please select a suitable package and move forward.
In the next page you must select your billing province and the subscription (in months) you like and then click on pay. Click on Pay will take you to PayPal Payment Gateway. Please fill in your billing details and pay.
After that you will be able to post a job. After successful payment you are all set to post your jobs.
6. How to Edit a Job?
Once you login as an employer on top right side you will see a tab Active Jobs, when you click on it will display all the active jobs you will have running on our portal. For each job there is a button Labeled as Edit Job, once you click on edit job you can make modification to the job and save it. The change will reflect in real time.
7. How to Delete a Job?
Once you login as an employer on top right side you will see a tab Active Jobs, when you click on it will display all the active jobs you will have running on our portal. For each job there is a button Labeled as Delete Job, once you click on delete job the job posting will be removed in real time.
For Job Seeker

5. How to search a job?
There are 2 ways to search the job
1. Browse by categories: on home page you will see most of the categories that are widely searched for. please click on any category to browse relevant jobs in that category.
2. Search box: you are also able to search a job with search box on home page and inner pages. You just need to type a keyword and click on lens icon to search.
6. How to apply for a job?
After you click view details, you will be able to get the details of that job and at the very bottom of the details you will find a button Quick Apply button. when you click on quick apply you will be prompt to login screen if you are not logged in or if you are logged in it will prompt you to a form where you need to fill additional data for this job. Once successful Your application will be sent to Employer.
7. What can we do on Job Seeker Portal?
a. Apply for the job
b. Check all applied jobs
c. Edit your profile
d. Password Recovery
